Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make things right!

You are eligible for a full refund within 90 days of purchase if you purchased on our website.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after 90 days from the original purchase date. We are also unable to accept any returns on expired products. In order to be eligible for a return, at least 1/2 of the product must be left in the box or bag.  This is up to the customer service reps discretion.

If you purchased directly from in the past 90 days:

  • Please email with your order number or call us at 1-800-255-3066 to request a return.
  • Ship the product back to us in its original packaging
  • We will credit the payment method originally used to make the purchase.
  • Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed. Some payment methods take longer than others.
  • Refunds will be issued for the item’s actual purchase price. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund original shipping charges.
